We love to discover new music and so happy we stumbled across this gem. We asked The Bergamont a few short questions about their song "L.A". Here's what they had to say about it..
What inspired this song?
"This song was the byproduct of a conversation with a friend who had moved out to L.A. to pursue her dreams. Coming from Indiana, L.A. is where you go to make your dreams come true - but to her L.A. seemed to be more of a jail than a liberation. So the song is a direct reflection on that conversation."..
What do you hope the listener takes away from the song?
"Life is not always at it seems. So stay agile, use your critical thinking and always be skeptical. The world is out to get you - just stay a few steps ahead!"..
What can we expect next from you?
"A new record called "Far Out" and our film "State of the Unity" is screening right now at the Paris Independent Film Festival. So that film will be out in the next year. Can't wait!"
