What inspired this song?
" 'Be Honest' is a song I wrote after a long distance relationship ended. I felt very confused and frustrated at her ending the relationship because we had made all these promises of your future together. The song is a conversation in my head questioning love. because isn't love supposed to last forever? isn't love supposed to be the strongest force in humanity? If that's true then how is it one of the most painful feelings when love leaves?"..
What do you hope the listener takes away from the song?
"I'm hoping that the song will connect with people that maybe have been in the same place or questioning love from someone close to them, and in reflecting, realize that they are not alone in that experience."..
What can we expect next from you?
"I have been spending lots of time working and writing lots of music that I believe stays true to the human experience. some things coming next from me are a couple more singles to release throughout the year, I've been waiting to finally get my sound out, and possible an EP to try and build a community of people that connect with what I have to say."
